Can I cancel my order?
Thank you for your understanding! We also know that opinions can change. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. However, we hope to be able to offer a cancellation window in the future.
If you don't like the items, you can easily exchange them or return them for a refund. Please note that returns within Germany are free of charge.
If you still wish to attempt a cancellation before shipment, please send us an email to support@paradox-tactical.com stating your order number. There is a small chance that a cancellation is possible as long as the package has not yet been shipped or a shipping label has not yet been created.
To initiate a return, please use our returns portal, which you can find in the footer of our online shop, or log in to your customer account.
How is shipping arranged?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been received by our fulfillment team. As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to European countries, with the exception of Switzerland. Shipping is free within Germany for orders over €100. Shipping costs for other European countries are calculated at checkout.
Where are your products manufactured?
Development, prototyping, and production are carried out entirely in-house.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before completing your purchase.
